Official visit to Chad by UN Human Rights Chief Volker Türk cancelled

GENEVA (24 July 2023) – Due to massive flight delays and lack of viable alternative travel options, the planned two-day official mission from 24 to 26 July to Chad by UN High Commissioner for Human Rights Volker Türk has been cancelled.

We will explore options to find a new date that will allow the mission to take place as soon as feasible.
