GENEVA (22 June 2015) – The UN Committee on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR) has published its findings on Kyrgyzstan, Venezuela, Mongolia, Thailand, Ireland, Chile and Uganda, which were examined during the Committee’s latest session from 1 to 19 June in Geneva.
These findings contain positive aspects of a respective State’s implementation of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), highlight main areas of concern and detail the Committee’s recommendations for action.
