Committee on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families
Victims, civil society actors, NGOs, National Human Rights Institutions, UN agencies and other bodies have a key role to play in assisting the Committee on Migrant Workers to fulfil its mandate effectively. Their participation in the Committee’s activities is essential to provide a comprehensive picture of the situation of enforced disappearances in States parties, and of the way they are implementing each of the rights and obligations enshrined in the Convention.
