For detailed information about how to report on a grant, grantees are invited to consult the User Manual for reporting: English | Français | Español.
For all beneficiaries, the release of the grant is subject to:
- Satisfactory submission of a revised and detailed budget adjusted to the amount awarded through the online Grant Management System; and
- Submission of the finance questionnaire form: English | Français | Español
After receiving a grant
Upon receipt of the grant, grantees are requested to fill in and sign the following forms:
- Acknowledge receipt form: English/Français/Español
- Updated banking details form (also available through the online Grant Management System)
Six-month progress report (deadline: 15 July)
Deadlines for emergency grant reporting will vary depending on grant duration and will be specified in the Letter of Notification.
Organizations that have received a grant must submit a progress report on the first six months of the use of the grant (1 January - 30 June):
- by 15 July (the year of grant implementation)
- through the online portal, GMS
Final financial and narrative report (deadline: 1 March)
Deadlines for emergency grant reporting will vary depending on grant duration and will be specified in the Letter of Notification.
Organizations that have received a grant must submit a final narrative report about the full project implementation period:
- by 1 March (the year immediately following grant implementation)
- include information about the results achieved, number of victims assisted (disaggregated by sex, age, nationality, legal status and type of assistance provided) and ten anonymous case studies
- through the online portal, GMS
Audit report
All grants of 50,000 USD and above must be audited by a certified external auditor. Organizations that have received a grant below this amount may also be selected, randomly or otherwise, for audit. Selected organizations will be notified by the Secretariat via the Letter of Notification.
