Relator Especial en la esfera de los derechos culturales
Todas las denuncias tratadas por la Relatora Especial en la esfera de los derechos culturales fueron publicadas en los informes conjuntos de comunicaciones de los procedimientos especiales. Este informe es preparado tres veces al año por las sesiones del Consejo de Derechos Humanos. Se puede consultar las cartas originales de la Relatora Especial y las respuestas de los Estados a través la página de los informes de comunicaciones o en la página web de la base de datos de las comunicaciones (en inglés). Selecctionar “Cultural rights” en la lista de los mandatos. Las comunicaciones serán en orden cronológico de la fecha en que se envian.
Las cartas de alegación están identificadas con las letras AL, los llamamientos urgentes con las letras UA. La mayoría de las comunicaciones son tratadas conjuntamente con otros titulares de mandatos de procedimientos especiales. Estas comunicaciones conjuntas están identificadas con la letra JAL o JUA, según corresponda.
En el cuadro que sigue, se pueden ver las comunicaciones sobre leyes, regulaciones y políticas públicas, llamado también “otras cartas” (OL en inglés). Las comunicaciones tratadas con múltiples procedimientos especiales están identificadas con las letras JOL.
